Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom, personalized, print-on-demand, and wholesale orders may require 5–15 business days to process, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Afraid of Human Promotions Retail LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We’ll work with you to determine the best resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available through the selected carrier.
